Magnolia Healthcare Position Overview Magnolia Healthcare is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and compassionate Administrative Assistant to support daily operations while playing a key role in client engagement and case coordination. This position blends administrative responsibilities with client-facing duties, requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including answering phones, scheduling, and general office coordination
  • Serve as a backup for front office duties, including responding to inquiries and directing calls appropriately
  • Enter and maintain accurate client data in AxisCare and internal spreadsheets
  • Manage and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is current, organized, and compliant
  • Assist in processing Medicaid and Long-Term Care applications, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Communicate regularly with patient clients, case managers, and current clients to provide updates and support
  • Coordinate and assist with case management activities, ensuring smooth service delivery
Client Engagement & Growth:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Meet with potential clients in their homes to present Magnolia Healthcare services and assess needs
  • Support networking efforts to develop referral sources and grow the client base
  • Assist in planning and organizing community events to promote services and strengthen community presence (I.e Job Fairs,
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for expanding case management services
Qualifications:
  • Experience in administrative support, preferably in healthcare or home care settings
  • Knowledge or experience in case management and Medicaid/Long-Term Care processes
  • Strong client relationship-building and networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail
  • Comfortable meeting clients in-home and representing the organization professionally
  • Proficiency with office software, spreadsheets, and client management systems (AxisCare experience preferred)
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:
