About the role | Ko te mahi nei Our Inspections Support team plays a key role in supporting the building inspection function. We're looking for an outstanding administrator who can coordinate efficient, timely scheduling for customers and inspectors, whilst also providing high‑quality administrative support across inspection and construction documentation. In this role, you'll communicate with customers by phone, email, and letter, manage data entry and file updates, and respond flexibly to any ad‑hoc service needs that arise. About you | Ko Koe Tēnei Your success in this role will come from your strong customer service skills, sharp attention to detail and ability to think ahead. You'll be confident solving problems, using your initiative, and sharing information that helps your team deliver great outcomes. You'll bring: At least 3 years in an office administration or call centre role. Skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Working with databases, with formal training or equivalent experience. Experience with building services would be an advantage but is not a requirement What's in it for you? He aha ngā hua ki a koe?
