Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative-Escrow Assistant for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO. This role supports a title and escrow environment and is ideal for a professional with strong administrative experience, excellent accuracy, and the ability to keep real estate transactions moving smoothly from opening through closing. The Administrative-Escrow Assistant will work closely with escrow officers, closing teams, clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other transaction partners. This is a stable opportunity with a supportive team culture, collaborative leadership, and exposure to the title, escrow, and real estate closing process. Candidates who enjoy structure, deadlines, client communication, and behind-the-scenes transaction coordination will be well aligned for this position. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to escrow officers, closing teams, and front office operations.
- Open, organize, update, and maintain escrow files in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare, review, verify, and process closing documents, incoming paperwork, earnest money, and transaction records.
- Communicate professionally with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
- Track transaction timelines, support scheduling, coordinate signing rooms, and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and compliance awareness. Compensation and Benefits
