Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO. This role supports daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The Administrative Assistant will manage scheduling, organize and maintain digital and paper files, prepare basic correspondence, and assist with data entry for estimates, work orders, and invoices. The role also includes coordinating with field teams, updating project information, ordering office supplies, and supporting leadership with general clerical tasks. The position requires consistent, reliable presence in the office and the ability to handle multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, document preparation, scheduling, and data entry. Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and courteously with customers, vendors, and team members. Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance or direct support to managers or owners is preferred. Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort learning new systems. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred. High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work on-site full time in Denver, CO. Previous experience in asphalt, construction, trades, or a small business office environment is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in office administration is beneficial. Notary Public is preferred or willingness to acquire the certification. Ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
