We are a long-standing, stable and successful company that has been in business for 45 years. This individual would have the opportunity to grow and expand his or her skillset within a dynamic small office setting by being involved in all aspects of this diverse business. We have an immediate opening for a 20-hour per week part-time Administrative Assistant in our Denver, Colorado office. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for overall administrative functions of the office, as well as assisting in all aspects of real estate projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist in all aspects of the real estate development process, including acquisition, due diligence, land entitlement, sales contracts & closings.
  • Compose, proof and edit various documentation and correspondence.
  • Prepare and manage project and contract schedules and timelines.
  • Assist in preparation of marketing materials and submittal packages.
  • Maintain general office organization, office equipment, and computer systems.
  • Maintain master filing system, organize electronic files for projects and contracts, and file physical documents in project files.
  • General office support including tracking and ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, managing calendars, etc.
Position Requirements:
  • Previous real estate office experience with knowledge of land development.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with proofing and editing experience.
  • Excellent word processing skills using Microsoft Word with ability to manipulate, format, and redline documents.
  • Computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), web browsers, and Adobe.
  • Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful in identifying solutions to problems.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
What we offer:
  • This position follows a regular Monday-Friday schedule with flexible part-time hours for 20 work hours per week. There is an opportunity for additional hours based on workload and interest.
  • This position pays $30.00/hour - $35.00/hour depending on experience.
  • Covered parking is provided.
Setting:
This position is part-time, in-person, and in a small office setting.

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
