Broker Services Coordinator

In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our brokers with marketing and administrative tasks, helping ensure the smooth operation of our fast-paced offices throughout Summit County, CO. What You'll Do Serve as the face of the office: greet visitors, answer phones, and support brokers with scheduling, showings, and client service.

Assist with marketing:

prepare listing materials, ads, and use platforms like Matrix MLS, BoldTrail CRM, and Marq/Canva.

Keep daily operations running smoothly:

maintain an organized office, support events, help with reporting, vendor coordination, and meetings. Jump in where needed — this is a collaborative, fast-paced role where no two days are the same

Location :

On-site across our Summit County offices in

Frisco, Breckenridge, and Keystone Pay Rate:

$24 -$26 / hour + Quarterly Bonus potential based on performance
