$26.00 - $29.00/hour Position Summary The Construction Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department and project teams. This position provides hands-on experience in administrative functions and job cost accounting, including billing, AP processing, documentation management, and project lifecycle support from startup through close-out. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, along with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and maintain accuracy under strict deadlines. This position is primarily based in Colorado with little to no overnight travel. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Accounting Support Prepare and submit monthly client billings Manage, maintain, and track multiple spreadsheets Compile and communicate data clearly to managers and stakeholders Generate and maintain job cost reports Review, code, and process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices Enter and maintain equipment unit data in NetSuite Support project startup through close-out documentation Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills & Abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment and regularly uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing systems. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and use of hands for handling materials and operating equipment.
