Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and flexible Floater Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines administrative support with occasional classroom responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations in both areas. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy working with children and families, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Greet and meet families and make sure all complains and issues are resolved immediately. Assist with family tours and guide prospective families through the enrollment process. Assist with calling all leads and promote enrollment. Return all voicemails. Support the Center Director and Assistant Director in other tasks as needed.
Classroom Support:
Provide breaks and support for teachers as needed throughout the day. Assist in classrooms during transitions and other high-need periods.
Requirements:
Comfortable working in a classroom environment when needed. Ability to multitask and adapt to a variety of administrative and childcare-related duties. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in childcare or a school setting is a plus. Experience with PDIS; Level 2 or higher preferred.
