Join us and help shape our continued success. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant to support our team. This is a full-time/salary, onsite position, Monday through Friday, with hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This role provides administrative assistance to various departments, including leadership, HR, and accounting functions, while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries. Provides administrative support to company owners, management, and HR, including scheduling, coordination, and related administrative tasks. Assist with project bid preparation, project documentation, and safety submittals. Support HR and finance functions with filing, data entry, check processing, accounts payable backup, and scheduling interviews. Maintains office supplies, employee in/out tracking, and mail processing, including coordinating daily shipments and package handling through UPS and FedEx. Help coordinate meetings, employee communications, and book periodic travel. Prepare quarterly Safety Meeting minutes and perform monthly data entry tasks. Assists with the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, employee activities, and holiday programs and decorating. Perform other duties as assigned to support the department and organization.
