Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join an organization for a long-term onsite opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping office operations organized, supporting order and documentation workflows, and building a long-term career within a growing company. The position offers a hands-on environment where you will work across administrative support, reporting, fulfillment coordination, and vendor-related activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks that keep office operations running smoothly, including general clerical support and front-office coordination.
  • Respond to incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide helpful information to internal and external contacts.
  • Enter and maintain accurate records for orders, purchase orders, and other business documents within company systems.
  • Prepare, review, and organize shipping paperwork to support timely and accurate product fulfillment.
  • Generate routine reports and distribute updates that help the team track operational activity and priorities.
  • Assist with fulfillment-related processes by coordinating documentation, status updates, and internal follow-up.
  • Monitor vendor-related information, maintain organized tracking details, and help ensure records remain current and complete.
  • Support administrative tasks tied to department changes and evolving operational needs as the business grows.
