Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting customers Answering telephone calls and making follow-up calls Assisting clients with DMV-related services and documentation Managing customer databases and reports Preparing correspondence and documents Maintaining filing systems and records Providing excellent customer service Supporting daily office operations

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory) Portuguese is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid Driver's License Reliable personal vehicle Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional attitude and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
