Job Description

THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION, AND DOES NOT HAVE REMOTE CAPABILITIES
  • Obtain Contractor Certificates of Insurance, Bid Bonds, Payment & Performance Bonds, Etc.
  • Completes any Requested Bid Forms.
  • Reconcile Supplier Deliveries to Contractor Purchase Orders and Verify Pricing and Quantities.
  • Prints any safety docs and or plans if needed.
  • Uploads and maintains plans and construction docs in PM Software.
  • Handles (LEED) Documentation and maintains approval log if applicable.
  • Processes Time and Material field slips and converts to a change order request submission.
  • Notifies accounting of any change order approvals.
  • Enters and issues any subcontracts.
Collects all subs info:
COI, W9, & Maintains Files.
  • Creates and Maintains submittal log and submittal approvals in PM Software.
  • Finds out any other job requirements such as parking passes etc. and initiates. ..Prepare RFIs from PM direction and keep RFI logs updated for correspondence.
  • Prepares closeout docs and warranty letters.
..Complete Miscellaneous other duties as required by Management.
Prerequisites:
Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills, as the position requires ongoing outside phone contact with customers, vendors and employees. Preferably 1-2 years construction or related experience, must possess computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint, display a positive attitude and willingness to learn, and be a Team Player.
