This is a fully in-office contract to hire role.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports tax specific software, tools, and applications Busy season
  • Preparing, making changes, and Finalizing SOW's Creating SOWS
  • Upload unsigned and signed ATS/SOWs in UserVerse /Agiloft Upload 8879's in UserVerse E-Filing in GoRS and OIT Update DDT (confirm all signed TCC, SOW, E-file authorizations/acceptance, tax return is in UserVerse prior to complete) Update UserVerse workflows as needed Creating/changing/updating info in System (contacts, billing authority/specialist, renewals) New Client set-up Checking payment information/details Checking the Pools in UserVerse CRM Back-up front desk coverage Answer/ Transfer incoming calls Create UPS or FedEx Labels for outgoing packages•Certified Mail Check the conference room calendar making sure we have everything we need before a meeting.
Be knowledgeable with placing catering orders for lunch Event setup/breakdown as needed Correspondence Assistance Expenses
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
High School diploma, GED or equivalent required Three (3) or more years of administrative experience required. Must have LEGAL or
TAX/ACCOUNTING
experience. Advanced level of proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, required Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects / tasks with an attention to detail Advanced or expert in computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Experience in Peoplesoft database recommended. Excellent written and oral communication skills include superior grammar, spelling, and punctuation that enable the incumbent to work with top level management and other executive level clients. Possesses superior customer service skills. Displays independent judgment, finesse and diplomacy in all situations Consistently seeks to improve processes Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented that enable efficient and effective multi-tasking. Capable of managing highly confidential information.
