This role requires someone detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate schedules for Rita Chraibi and the team Prepare daily and weekly reports Organize and track team tasks and project planning Coordinate internal communication with the team Assist with administrative and operational organization Support the preparation of documents and reports Help maintain structured workflows and schedules for ongoing projects Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to multitask and manage priorities Detail-oriented and proactive Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Previous administrative or office experience preferred What We Offer Opportunity to work within an international luxury interior design firm Dynamic and creative work environment
