Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Accounting and Human Resources Department with day-to-day functions.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with book keeping, receipt management and categorizing expenses and income.
  • Collecting necessary tax and insurance documents from Vendors and Customers.
  • Work with Accounting by closing out shipped jobs and uploading them to QuickBooks.
  • Collect, itemize, and record all credit card transactions for monthly reconciliation.
  • Assist with annual training and record annual documentation process.
  • Recruitment process support to keep up with hiring demand.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, including personnel files and financial records.
  • Along with the Human Resources Manager Implement training programs for new employees and existing staff members with scheduling.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required filing, answering calls
  • Oversee stocking and inventory of all office supplies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred we will train the correct person!!
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, at least 1 year experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Experience with bookkeeping and human resources.
  • Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, QuickBooks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
