Residential Division Director Schedule :
Full-time (35 Hours)
Monday-Friday Purpose of Position:
The purpose of this position is to support the Residential Division through improved organization, communication, operational coordination, and compliance tracking. This role will strengthen division-wide efficiency and reinforce the delivery of quality services to the people supported by Benhaven. The Residential Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Residential Division Director and the Residential Division. This position assists with communication, coordination, documentation tracking, compliance systems, and daily operational support across Residential Services, Nursing, Quality Assurance, Clinical, and Day Program departments. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced human services environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
The following duties are assigned to this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. Provide direct administrative support to the Residential Division Director Assist with communication and coordination between Residential Managers, Nursing, Quality Assurance, Clinical, and Day Program teams Support the Nursing Department with tracking systems, communication, and documentation needs Assist the Residential Behaviorist and Clinical team with administrative coordination as needed Assist Quality Assurance with audits, compliance tracking, documentation review, and follow-up Assist in the coordination and meeting of the required DDS policy/Regulations/Procedures/HCBS Waiver Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, reports, shared drive systems, and tracking tools Assist with Therap-related tracking, reporting, and organization of documentation Coordinate meeting scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items Assist with onboarding coordination, training tracking, and staff communication in collaboration with the Business Office Monitor deadlines related to documentation, compliance requirements, physician orders, trainings, audits, and reporting Support division-wide projects, committees, and operational initiatives Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication with staff, families, outside providers, and state agencies Perform other related duties as assigned by the
Residential Division Director Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license required Minimum of one to three years of administrative, healthcare, or human services experience preferred DDS knowledge/experience preferred
