Job Description

We are looking for a bilingual Administrative Assistant to support a busy education-focused team in Norwalk, Connecticut. This 4 month Contract position will play an important part in keeping administrative activities organized, assisting families with documentation, and helping create a smooth experience for registrations, workshops, and day-to-day office interactions. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills in two languages, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a welcoming and detail-focused manner.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative support for daily office activities, ensuring records, forms, and related materials are handled accurately and on time.
  • Assist with student or family registration processes by collecting information, reviewing required documents, and helping maintain complete files.
  • Enter and update data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy while monitoring information for completeness.
  • Organize electronic and physical documentation so materials are easy to retrieve and remain properly maintained.
  • Communicate with families in both languages to explain documentation needs, answer routine questions, and provide timely follow-up.
  • Welcome visitors and provide front-office assistance that supports a detail-focused and positive experience for families and staff.
  • Help prepare for workshops and community events by managing materials, supporting logistics, and assisting attendees as needed.
