Responsibilities:

Efficiently respond to incoming driver requests and provide support for driver inquiries. Open and manage daily repair orders; coordinate directly with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs (mechanical knowledge preferred). Utilize Transman for maintenance tracking; familiarity with VRMS coding is a plus. Maintain a courteous, professional, and positive demeanor; strong communication skills are essential. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced shop environment while maintaining organization and accuracy. Demonstrate proficiency in computer systems, including accurate data entry and typing. Complete all required documentation and reports in a timely manner, including DOT inspection reports and violation documentation. Consistently meet commitments and adhere to established deadlines.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Proactive, forward-thinking problem solver. Excellent verbal communication skills with both team members and supervisors. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Strong computer proficiency.

Compensation:

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
