Job Description

Construction Administrator / Project Support 📍 Shelton, CT Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting fast-moving construction projects? Do you enjoy keeping information organized, coordinating with teams, and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish? If so, we'd love to meet you. We're looking for a motivated Construction Administrator / Project Support professional to play a key role in supporting our project teams through documentation, coordination, and day-to-day administrative support across multiple construction projects. What You'll Do Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and construction teams Maintain well-organized project files, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documents Track project documentation to ensure information is accurate, complete, and easy to access Assist with vendor and subcontractor coordination, including collecting required documentation Support invoice processing, purchase orders, and project cost tracking Coordinate meetings, site visits, and inspections; prepare notes and follow-ups as needed Assist with project closeout activities such as warranties, manuals, and final documentation What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); construction software experience is a plus Prior experience in construction administration, project coordination, or the A/E/C industry is helpful but not required Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelton, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
