NON-CERTIFIED POSITION POSITION
Administrative Secretary (Class B1) Full-time (40 hours per week)
LOCATION
Stafford High School
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains student records and student attendance. Schedules certified and non-certified coverage within the building. Provides substitutes with orientation materials and keys. Records and maintains staff attendance in collaboration with Central Office staff. Verifies timesheets weekly. Responsible for processing field trips and making transportation arrangements. Implements office protocols and performs clerical duties. Initiates problem-solving via telephone with parents and staff. Assists with school budget including documenting and preparing purchase orders for all school purchases. Maintains school checking / activity account. Collects data as requested by principal. Displays a positive and courteous attitude. Follows all Board of Education policies. Maintains accurate inventory. Maintains confidentiality of student/staff/school-related information at all times. Performs other duties as assigned by the building administrator(s).
HOURLY RATE OF PAY
