Job Description:
FMLA Administrator We are seeking an experienced FMLA Administrator to join our team. The FMLA Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) process, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing exceptional support to our employees and management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FMLA regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage all aspects of the FMLA process, including leave requests, eligibility determinations, and certification requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state FMLA regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to FMLA leave, including leave requests, medical certifications, and employee notifications.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees and management team, answering questions and providing guidance related to FMLA leave and related policies.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and supervision to ensure consistent application of FMLA policies and procedures.
  • Assist with monitoring and updating relevant timekeeping systems to ensure accurate utilization of approved FMLA hours.
  • Deliver FMLA training and awareness programs for employees and management team, as needed.
  • Conduct periodic audits of FMLA records and processes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of changes in FMLA regulations and best practices and provide guidance and training to the HR team and management as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure the protection of employee medical information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Knowledge of FMLA regulations and related laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Apply now
