Temporary Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Weekend availability required)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Associate to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Excel. This position requires flexibility, as weekend availability may be needed after training.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform filing and document management tasks Provide general administrative support to the office team Assist with daily clerical duties and data entry Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of information Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Open availability, including potential weekend shifts Prior experience in an office administrative role Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
Opportunity to participate in a weekend rotation after training Immediate start preferred (ideally within the week or early next week)
