Job Description

A Japanese financial institution is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support its Washington, DC office. We welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds who are interested in working in an international, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and visitor arrangements
  • Assist with travel coordination and basic expense processing
  • Support office operations, supplies, and simple reporting tasks
  • Help with event coordination and team support as needed
Requirements Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Japanese and English (business level preferred)
  • Some professional experience (administration, customer service, hospitality, or similar)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
