Job Description:

Conflicts Project Assistant (Contract) Beacon Hill is seeking a Conflicts Assistant for a onsite contract role in Washington, DC to support a conflicts system conversion project. This position will focus primarily on data entry, data review, and administrative support during the firm's transition from a legacy conflicts system to Intapp . Responsibilities Enter and update conflicts data in the firm's system Review and validate data during system conversion Assist with cleanup and organization of conflicts records Support the conflicts team with project-based administrative tasks Ensure accuracy and consistency of information entered Qualifications Prior law firm experience strongly preferred Microsoft Excel Proficient Intapp experience preferred, not required Strong data entry and typing skills High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven project environment Additional Details Contract length: 3 months Pay rate: $32/hour Work arrangement: 100% onsite
