This vital role combines administrative excellence with office management expertise, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our workplace. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive, ready to handle a variety of clerical and operational tasks. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office environment, providing exceptional customer support, managing schedules, and maintaining organizational flow to foster a productive and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Great with multi-tasking many tasks Handle phone system, directing calls efficiently while practicing excellent phone etiquette Making calls to create appointments for owner, schedule meetings, and coordinate events using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Perform data entry (creating quotes, orders etc.), maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate record keeping through meticulous proofreading and organization Oversee office and maintain a clean, organized workspace Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client needs effectively Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with making calls to generate new business Excellent computer literacy including data entry, typing skills, and general office software usage Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer support experience Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective time management skills Previous experience in personal assistant roles or handling calendar management is advantageous Staging boxes for customers to be delivered Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating an efficient and welcoming office environment!
