at State of Delaware in Dover, Delaware, United States Job Description This is the entry level of corporations work performing statutory review of legal corporate, Uniform Commercial Code, and franchise tax documents in compliance with the Delaware Code and assisting attorneys, registered agents, corporate representatives, and the public concerning corporate documents, legal filings, franchise taxes, and corporate fees. JOB REQUIREMENTS
for Corporations Assistant Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas: Six months' experience in customer service such as providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers seeking information, answering requests as quickly as possible, ensuring customers are satisfied with service, and responding to complaints. Six months' experience in performing office support work such as drafting routine correspondence, reports, or logs, operating office equipment, handling incoming and outgoing mail, postal and shipping services, answering phones, directing calls and taking messages, or maintaining files and supplies. Six months' experience in math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, or decimals. Six months' experience in using an automated information system to enter, update, modify, delete, retrieve/inquire and report on data. OR Possession of an Associate's degree or higher.
