This hourly position requires a dedicated individual to manage various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our team and with clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at learning new processes and managing multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Updating and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information.
Facilitating communication with the leadership team through Microsoft Teams.
Drafting and sending professional emails to clients on behalf of the owners.
Learning and managing the permit processing workflow for sign installations.
Efficiently updating and managing calendars and schedules for the team.
Taking detailed notes in all CRMs and internal tools, especially regarding activities and progress on job sites. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to adapt to new tools and procedures.
