Experienced Virtual Assistant & Transaction Coordinator for Operations Team Published on the January 02, 2026 in Admin Support About this project The Virtual Assistant/Transaction Coordinator supports the Operations team by managing the full contract lifecycle and providing essential administrative support. This role handles pre-contract tasks such as preparing listing packets, drafting buyer and seller representation agreements, and creating contracts and addenda. Once a client goes under contract, the va/tc manages the entire contract-to-close process for buyers and sellers, including compliance, communication with title and lenders, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all documents are accurate and complete. In addition to transaction duties, this position also supports the office with general administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, assisting agents with document needs, and maintaining organized digital files. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly responsive, deadline-driven, and committed to delivering a smooth, professional experience for clients and agents. Category Admin Support
