Position Overview:

As an Assistant Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving personal training sales, team performance, and client retention. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and client retention strategies Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers Set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals Deliver exceptional customer service to members and clients Implement company-wide fitness and sales initiatives Maintain high energy, professionalism, and a competitive mindset Oversee daily operations related to personal training and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications:
