About the
Role:
We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Auburndale, FL. This is a great opportunity to become a key member of a stable, established company that values dedication and loyalty in a growing location. You will play a central role in keeping our operations running smoothly in our Auburndale office — the location where the company president spends the majority of his time. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, is willing to go the extra mile, and can become the backbone of our administrative operations.Key Responsibilities:
Process invoicing, accounts payable, and bill payments using QuickBooks Create reports, correspondence, and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Communicate professionally with accountants, vendors, and internal teams Track and manage freight shipments and logistics Maintain licenses, contracts, insurance documents, and other critical records Handle general administrative tasks and support daily office operations Occasionally work after hours or weekends when urgent deadlines ariseWhat We're Looking For:
Proficient in QuickBooks (required•invoicing and bill pay experience) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Sheets) Previous administrative or office experience (1+ years preferred) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills A dedicated team player who is willing to learn and grow with the companySchedule & Compensation:
Full-time, Monday•Friday (standard office hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with some flexibility) Competitive hourly rate of $24•29 per hour depending on experience Opportunity for pay increases. Full time employees will qualify for participation in the Company's Profit Sharing Retirement Plan after one year of employment in accordance with plan provisions. Full time employees entitled to health insurance as offered by the Company's health insurance carrier after three (3) full months of full-time employment with the company. Why Join Us?
