Job Description

The Office Administrator is one of the key roles on our team ensuring smooth operations between sales and service staff, customers and vendors. The best fit for this role is a self-starter who works well in team environments, has an outstanding work ethic and is professional in all interactions.
What we are looking for:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and effective communication skills at any level of an organization
  • Minimum of 5 years of office experience, with at least 1 year in an auto dealership setting
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish) What you will be doing:
  • Process deal documents, obtain signatures and complete vehicle registrations.
  • Maintain digital files and ensure they are complete.
  • Process payments and deposits.
  • Verify and update insurance coverages for outstanding accounts.
  • Add and update inventory records.
  • Process wholesales.
  • Process, update and maintain repossession accounts.
  • Receive and verify deliveries.
  • Organizing files.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Schedule:
5 days/week 9am-6pm, Saturdays required.
