Job Description

Please apply in person at our office, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. Beacon Services & Appliances / Beacon Air & Heat Inc. is a small family owned business in Beverly Hills, FL 34465. A team oriented individual. Applicants must have good phone etiquette. Our customers call when they have problems. Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls Make outgoing calls Help control the customer call schedule Schedule service dates with customers for repairs and installations Parts tracking Help with filing and invoices Some overtime may be available as well as the opportunity to make commissions and bonuses. The hours for this position are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
