Job Description

South Palm Dental is seeking an Experienced Front Office Dental to join our patient-focused team and provide top notch care to our patients and the community! We are looking for the perfect person to provide a spectacular "first impression" of our office and make a meaningful connection with our patients to ensure they have the best possible experience from the start. The ideal candidate for this position would have prior Dental Front Office experience.
Office Hours:
Monday:
8:30 am
  • 6 PM / Tuesday 8:30 am
  • 6:00 pm / Wednesday 8:30 am
  • 5 pm /
Thursday:
8:30 am
  • 6 PM / Friday 8:30 am
  • 3 pm.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones, patient communication, scheduling appointments, patient records. Communication with insurance companies Collecting payments from patients Treatment Planning & Financial Arrangements with patients
Job Requirements:
Prior Dental Front Office Experience Required Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Friendly, positive demeanor with patients and team members Associates Degree preferred, but not required
