Description Administrative Assistant - Financial Services Alliance America | Bradenton, FL (Near UTC) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | On-Site Join a Stable, Respected Financial Firm Where Your Work Matters Alliance America is a well-established wealth management and insurance firm with over 40 years of success helping clients protect and grow their financial future. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our advisory team and keep daily office operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and confidence Manage and organize confidential client documents, including scanning, filing, and recordkeeping Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and support advisor workflows Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email communications Prepare basic correspondence, forms, and reports Assist with day-to-day office operations and team projects What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in administrative support, reception, customer service, call center, or similar role Strong phone presence and comfort handling frequent client interaction Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized in a structured office environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional communication skills, both written and verbal High level of discretion with confidential information Preferred (Not Required) Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or professional services Associate degree in Business Administration or related field Prior experience supporting a team in a client-focused environment What We Offer Consistent weekday schedule - no nights or weekends Weekly W-2 pay Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (after 90 days) Paid holidays, PTO, and vacation time Stable, long-standing company with growth potential Supportive, team-oriented office environment with hands-on training If you're reliable, organized, and take pride in keeping an office running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.
