Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our landscape company. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily office operations, customer communication, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. Respond to customer emails and inquires in a timely manner. Prepare and type estimates & invoices. Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software. Support bookkeeping activities including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks entries. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff and executives. Conduct general office management tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining a tidy workspace. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools. Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing phone systems effectively. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks. Previous experience in the Landscaping atmosphere is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively. Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
