Administrative Assistant Family Network on Disabilities of Florida Inc - 4.4 Clearwater, FL Job Details Full-time 22 hours ago Qualifications Confidential information handling Professional ethics Administrative experience Productivity software Video conferences (communication methods) Technical Proficiency Office experience Full Job Description Position Summary The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, operational, and organizational support to Family Network on Disabilities (FND). This position assists with coordination of training materials, communication, documentation, scheduling, and logistical support for statewide projects and initiatives while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all assigned duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and disseminate training materials and resources to staff. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls to appropriate staff members. Organize and maintain project supplies, materials, documentation, and filing systems. Assist staff with planning and coordinating annual conferences, workshops, and topical events. Support development and distribution of promotional materials and publications. Maintain accurate documentation of contacts and information dissemination within the FND database. Assist Project Directors with compiling evaluation statistics, workshop surveys, reports, and work plans. Coordinate travel arrangements for project staff as assigned. Attend required staff meetings, conferences, trainings, and professional development activities. Travel as necessary to support project deliverables and organizational events. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience in a professional office environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology. Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse communities and stakeholders. Demonstrated compassion and respect for individuals with disabilities and their families. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Experience within the disability community is preferred. Work Environment and Physical Requirements This position operates in a professional office environment and may require prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, communication by phone and video conferencing, and occasional travel to meetings, conferences, and events. You will be required to life over 30lbs, help with office projects, and ordering supplies.
