Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Fernandina Beach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support while ensuring smooth daily office operations.

Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phone callsHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email communicationsMaintain organized filing systems, both digital and physicalPerform data entry tasks with high accuracySchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar managementProcess basic financial transactions and assist with basic bookkeeping tasksMaintain office supplies inventory and place orders as neededOperate standard office equipment including printers, copiers, and scannersSupport team members with administrative tasks and special projectsPrepare and format various business documents and reportsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesOutstanding customer service skillsDemonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in workExperience with data entry and record keepingAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyBasic bookkeeping knowledgeProfessional phone etiquetteStrong filing and documentation management skillsTeam-oriented mindset with ability to work independentlyExperience with office equipment operationAdditional InformationExcellent benefits package, including 401k, holidays and paid time offMonthly bonus up to $150Competitive CompensationGet to interact with a great team and support staff, and so much more!
