Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with answering incoming calls for the Fort Lauderdale office as part of the office phone rotation.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in the Oracle database.
- Review documents related to corporate department services and administrative workflows.
- Prepare paper and electronic documentation based on processed information and supervisor instructions.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding corporate department services.
- Forward documentation, correspondence, and related files to headquarters as needed. Compensation and Benefits
