Technical Administrative Assistant Provide high-level direct support to the Operations Manager for daily scheduling, communications and follow-ups. Interpret technical documents, drawings and production plans. Coordinate with engineers, fabricators, vendors and clients on behalf of the operations manager. Assist in preparing presentations, reports and capability statements. Monitor project milestones and help manage timelines across departments. Serve as liaison for internal meetings, calls or client coordination. Draft emails, memos, internal documents, often with technical engineering context. Assist in tracking priorities, tasks and deadlines related to operational initiatives. Coordinate schedules, travel and logistics for meetings and trade shows. Maintain honesty, confidentiality and professionalism across all business matters.
Requires:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, i.e. Mechanical or Metallurgy plus 5 years' experience in sheet metal manufacturing and operations environment that included supporting upper-level leadership or project managers. Also requires strong organizational, analytical and communications skills with a high degree of honesty, discretion, judgement, and emotional intelligence. Experience with Microsoft office, Google workspace and industry standard engineering tools are also required.
