Job Description
The North Law Firm, P.A. is looking for a personal injury assistant/case manager to join our firm. Requirements
- At least 3 years previous experience as a Personal Injury case manager is required. Must be able to work in a fast past environment. Familiarity with legal terminology, processes, and procedures. Proficiency in using document management systems and other legal software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Duties
- Preparing cases for demand. Corresponding and communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical facilities. Monitoring client treatment. Obtaining and reviewing medical records. Drafting and sending letters of representation to insurance companies and medical providers. Maintaining collateral source summaries. Compensation
