  • Client Service Administrator
  • to support daily business operations, client relations, and internal coordination for a growing organization in Orlando.   • Approximately 20-24 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule within standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary administrative support contact for multiple business operations
  • Coordinate daily activities between departments to improve efficiency and workflow
  • Organize meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, invitations, and meeting notes
  • Manage calendars, records, correspondence, and reporting
  • Assist with expense reports, budget tracking, and financial documentation
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and external partners
  • Support internal projects by tracking timelines, coordinating communication, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Research industry trends and recommend process improvements to support operational success
  • Assist with social media and marketing-related administrative tasks What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Business Administration preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable navigating social media platforms for business and marketing purposes
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
