Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a happy, energetic, people-person who is also professional and detail-oriented to join our business team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a business team role in a dental office is required. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently. Prepare and present treatment plans accurately and professionally Utilize office management software such as Archy for patient management. Maintain a productive schedule and ensure patients with necessary treatment are scheduled according to our template Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies. Support the clinical staff in daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Experience Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is required. Proficiency in using dental records systems such as Archy is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse patient populations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
