Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a professional, organized, and bilingual ABA Office Coordinator to join our growing ABA team. The ideal candidate must have experience working in the ABA field and be able to manage administrative, onboarding, and communication responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the ABA field (Required) Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required) High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to multitask and work independently in a professional office setting Responsibilities Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from families, staff, and providers in a professional and timely manner Support onboarding processes for new employees and contractors within the ABA department Communicate effectively with BCBAs, RBTs, caregivers, and administrative personnel Maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding all Protected Health Information (PHI) Help ensure the office environment remains organized, professional, and compliant with company standards Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and departmental improvement initiatives Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times Perform additional administrative and operational duties assigned by management Skill Experience with ABA scheduling, credentialing, or authorizations Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and ABA terminology Strong computer and documentation skills Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Join us as an ABA Office Coordinator and become a key player in delivering exceptional service while supporting our dedicated team.
