Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Pre-Employment Requirements:
Ability to pass and maintain a Florida Level 2 Background Screening in accordance with AHCA and DCF requirements. Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Verification of credentials, employment history, and references as applicable. Responsibilities Greet and welcome all clients, visitors, and staff in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally. Manage the front desk and maintain a positive first impression of the organization. Assist clients and visitors with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed. Maintain and organized, clean, and professional reception and office area. Ensure confidentiality of client, employee, and organizational information Perform other duties as assigned. Experience High school diploma or GED. Minimum of two years of administrative, clerical, customer service, or receptionist experience. Proficiency is Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Culturally sensitive to the social, psychological, and healthcare needs of the vulnerable populations served. Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred Experience working in healthcare, social services, nonprofit, or customer service setting. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Abilit to interact respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Dependable, professional, and team oriented. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Work Environment & Hours Monday
  • Friday 8:30am
  • 4:30pm Professional office environment
  • requires regular interaction with clients, visitors, and staff.
Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull up to twenty (20) pounds. Able to work extended hours as required and to work under varying levels of stress.
Pay:
$17.00
