About Us For nearly 30 years, our Cardiology and Electrophysiology practice has been a trusted name in the North Tampa Bay area, and we are just getting started. We are in an exciting period of growth and expansion, and we are building the team that will take us there. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces change, and wants to be part of something that is actively evolving. What You Will Do Answer incoming calls and serve as a warm, professional first point of contact for patients Schedule and coordinate patient appointments across multiple office locations Manage chart preparation and medical records with accuracy and attention to detail Process and submit insurance authorization requests on behalf of patients and providers Work within AthenaHealth EHR for scheduling, documentation, and records management Occasional travel between our Hudson, Trinity, and Safety Harbor offices as needed Room to Grow We believe in developing talent from within. Team members who are interested in expanding their skills have the opportunity to cross-train in back office functions, including our active device and pacemaker clinic.
