Job Overview:
This position provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple Director-level leaders across various locations. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage competing priorities, support diverse stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Job Duties
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Director-level leadership, including
  • Calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Expense management and reporting
  • Track, manage, and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
  • Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, materials, and follow-ups
  • Conduct special projects and studies, providing insights and recommendations
