Position Overview This position plays an essential role in supporting our day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on overseeing the center's food program. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in record-keeping, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities Operate and maintain the center's food program in compliance with state guidelines Prepare and submit monthly claims to the state Maintain all required food program records and documentation Track, organize, and process expense reports Secondary Responsibilities Maintain and update student and staff files Answer phone calls and provide general program information to families Assist with front-office tasks and overall administrative support as needed What We're Looking For Exceptional attention to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Reliability and initiative—able to take direction and work independently Excellent communication and customer-service skills Comfort working in a child care environment
