Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a Client Services Department in a professional, business-focused environment in Orlando, FL. This part-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys supporting daily operations, coordinating communication, and helping teams stay organized and productive. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with leadership and internal departments to support client relations, scheduling, reporting, project coordination, and general office administration. This role offers a collaborative onsite environment, supportive leadership, and the potential to grow into full-time hours in the future. It is a great fit for someone who is polished, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for multiple business operations and serve as a key point of contact for internal coordination.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, events, agendas, invitations, logistics, and meeting notes.
  • Manage calendars, correspondence, records, reports, expense documentation, and budget tracking support.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, customers, external partners, and internal teams.
  • Support internal projects by tracking timelines, coordinating updates, and helping ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with research, process improvement recommendations, and social media or marketing-related administrative tasks. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, approximately 20 to 24 hours per week.
  • Flexible schedule within standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Job Type:
    Part-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity.
  • Work Arrangement:
    100% onsite in Orlando, FL 32810.
