Job Description

We are a full-service landscaping company located in Longwood, FL 32750, offering landscaping, tree services, irrigation, and related services. Most of our employees have been with us for over 10 years, and we value loyalty, reliability, and long-term growth. Hard work and strong performance can lead to advancement opportunities. This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and a strong team player who can multitask in a fast-paced office environment where interruptions are common. You must have strong computer and phone skills, provide excellent customer service, and be organized, punctual, and detail-oriented. Taking pride in your work, using common sense, checking for errors, and thinking critically are essential. Responsibilities include a wide variety of administrative and office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, responding to emails, preparing and emailing contracts, closing phone sales, billing, and maintaining a clean and organized office. Previous office experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must. QuickBooks experience is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Applicants living within 15 miles of our office are preferred. Benefits include paid holidays after three months, and paid vacation and sick time after one year. Health insurance is not available.
