$18-$20 per hour (based on experience) About the Position We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Administrative Construction Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and can successfully manage front-office operations, customer communications, scheduling, administrative support, and marketing initiatives. The Administrative Construction Assistant serves as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and visitors while supporting sales, project coordination, and daily office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Front Office & Customer Service Greet clients, vendors, subcontractors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Take and relay messages accurately and promptly. Maintain exceptional customer service standards in all interactions. Administrative & Office Support Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. Manage company records, contracts, project documentation, and correspondence. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information. Support daily office operations and administrative functions. CRM & Sales Support Enter and maintain customer and prospect information within the CRM system. Track leads, estimates, customer communications, and sales activities. Generate reports and assist with sales team administrative tasks. Support customer follow-up efforts and business development initiatives. Scheduling & Coordination Schedule appointments, consultations, meetings, and site visits. Coordinate calendars for management and sales personnel. Confirm appointments and communicate scheduling updates as needed. Marketing & Social Media Support Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer outreach. Create, schedule, and publish social media content. Monitor social media platforms and respond to inquiries when appropriate. Maintain accurate contact lists and marketing databases. Help promote company projects, events, and achievements online. Office Operations Monitor and maintain office supply inventory. Order supplies and coordinate vendor deliveries. Manage kitchen and breakroom inventory and organization. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate shipping services. QualificationsRequired Qualifications 2+ years of administrative or office support experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the construction, home services, or contracting industry. Experience using CRM software. Familiarity with social media management and marketing support. Experience coordinating schedules and calendars.
